Madden Tufano Law

As founding member and owner of Madden & Tufano, LLC, Mr. Tufano is an active trial attorney who has taken matters to verdict. Mr. Tufano is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey by their respective Supreme Courts; he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tufano attended the Widener University School of Law, from which he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Tufano was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and Moe Levine Trial Honor Society. Mr. Tufano is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Justinian Society.

Mr. Tufano began his career working at a large law firm representing corporate defendants, including large insurance companies, construction companies, service corporations, pharmaceutical corporations, and consulting companies in civil litigation ranging from all aspects of complex litigation and products liability, to automobile accidents and slip and falls.
